1 Acceptance of Terms#

By accessing or using Vin Socialhub (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. These documents together form a legally binding agreement between you and Vin Socialhub.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2 Eligibility#

To use Vin Socialhub, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have verifiable parental consent.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Not be barred from using the Platform under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, particularly where we suspect fraud or misuse.

3 Your Account#

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You may not share your account with others, create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, or impersonate another person or entity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4 Digital Products#

Vin Socialhub operates as a marketplace for lawfully transferable digital products. We do not sell, and you may not list:

Every listing is reviewed by our team before approval. Products are marked as pending_review, approved, rejected, or disabled. Only approved products may be purchased.

5 Wallet & Payments#

Vin Socialhub uses an internal wallet system. You may fund your wallet using supported payment methods (bank transfer, debit card, USSD, Paga, or cryptocurrency). By funding your wallet, you agree that:

• Wallet balances are non-transferable and may only be used to purchase products on the Platform.
• Wallet balances do not accrue interest.
• All transactions are recorded in an immutable ledger and are auditable.
• Wallet balances are denominated in your selected currency. Currency conversions are performed at the rate in effect at the time of the transaction.

6 Delivery of Products#

Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, typically within seconds. Delivery details are made available in your order page under "My Orders". You must verify the delivered item within 24 hours of receipt. If you believe the delivery is incorrect or faulty, contact support immediately.

We are not responsible for any loss resulting from your failure to secure the delivered product after receipt.

7 Refunds#

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. In summary:

• Refunds may be granted within 24 hours if the product is faulty, not as described, or undelivered.
• Successfully delivered items that match their description are non-refundable.
• Approved refunds are credited to your wallet within 3–5 business days.
• We reserve the right to reject refund requests where there is evidence of abuse.

8 Prohibited Conduct#

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• List or purchase prohibited items (see Section 4).
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Platform, including through denial-of-service attacks.
• Use automated scripts to scrape data, create accounts, or place orders.
• Impersonate Vin Socialhub, its staff, or other users.
• Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or refund abuse.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any remaining wallet balance in serious cases.

9 Intellectual Property#

The Vin Socialhub name, logo, design, and code are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our express written permission.

When you list a product, you grant Vin Socialhub a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, market, and deliver that product on the Platform.

10 Termination#

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. Upon termination:

• You will no longer be able to access your account.
• Pending orders may be cancelled.
• Any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited if the termination is due to a violation of these Terms.

11 Limitation of Liability#

Vin Socialhub is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Actions of third parties, including payment gateways or delivery services.
• Any amount exceeding the value of the transaction that gave rise to the claim.

12 Changes to These Terms#

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of Vin Socialhub after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law#

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
